What the check is designed to cover
A scheduled visit can include a visual check of lines, fenders, covers, visible shore power status, obvious water ingress, exterior condition and other agreed points that can be checked without replacing a technical inspection.
The owner receives a concise photo report. If something appears to need attention, AUREA POÉ MAR can escalate it and coordinate the appropriate specialist.
What it is not
A presence check is not a survey, engineering inspection, safety certification or substitute for required crew or marina responsibilities.
The scope should be agreed for the yacht so there is no ambiguity about what has and has not been checked.
Why it can be useful
It gives an owner a current visual reference between visits and creates a simple trigger for action when something has visibly changed.
For some owners it may remain a stand alone service. For others it can become the first layer of a broader local management arrangement.
